Hi,I need expert advise on getting the BOM histroy through ECN or any other way for the BOMs which are delinked through CS08.Also is there any way for Mass extract of Detailed BOM which can be store outside SAP say Hard drive?

Please Try the Transaction CS80 and CS81

Using T Code AUT10 Input Transaction CS01,CS02 .

Tables : AEOI , if the change pointers are activated for BOMMAT in the cross appliation mode, then the tables BDCP, CDHDR and CDPOS would be useful to view the changes.

Hello,

You can extract the BOM history by ECN in SE16 using AEOI table.

For the mass extraction of detailed BOM, you may need to create ABAP report using Function Module. Example CS_BOM_EXPL_MAT_V2. Get help to ABAP guys for this report.
