Transaction Notification UDF

Hi All,

I wish for a user to update ONLY one UDF on the Item Master Data.

Due to authorization limitations, the user has to have full authorization to item master data to enable them to update only a UDF which is critical to their business funtion.

Having full authorization, other fields can be updated in error.

What is the best way to allow update only to one UDF, and no other field?

Please can you provide sample code?

I am familiar with using TN to do single field validations, but not one to validate all except one field.
