Hello,
Let's get the obvious things out of the way:
1) Are they (the screenshots) both for the same user?
2) Are they both on the same system?
3) Are they both done at the same time? What happens if you look at them now?
Is it the same task in both cases?

Hello,
Is it the same TS task?
I think I can match one of those in the first screenshot with the last one in the 2nd screenshot.
But I can't match the other one. What happens if the user tries to execute one of the 18?
If you look in the workflow log, does it say the workitems are assigned to that user?

Hi Rick,
The screenshots differ by few minutes. Hence, the user got 1 more work item in his inbox when I was taking the screenshot of SWI5 ( hence you cant find the 2nd work item in SBWP screenshot ).
i checked the workflow log for the PR, but the work items are not assigned to this user.
Neither the workitems are in SWi5 screenshot, nor in the workflow log. It seems somehow the SBWP inbox is not getting refreshed, ( i tried using refresh in SBWP, but it does not change anything ).
What can be done here ?
Regards
Meenakshi
Hi Rick,
To add more information on the above topic. I had deleted these PRs from user's inbox using SWWL. Hence the work items are not appearing in SWI5, but are still appearing in SBWP inbox.
Generally, when we use SWWL tcode, the work item gets deleted from SWI5 and SBWP as well.. not sure why it is not happening in this case.
Please help me in this.
Hello,
Using SWWL in Production is very very wrong. You're fortunate that these are the only problems you are encountering. The WF Admin should be sent on a training course.
Make sure it never gets used again.
As usual, SWI5 shows the truth, those are the workitems actually in his inbox.
It could be that SWWL was applied to the wrong workitems, e.g. the dialog ones instead of the top-level ones. What I would advise you to do is to try to track down the workitem ids associated with those PRs. They probably have entries in SWWUSERWI that are causing the problems in SBWP.
Failing that, try do a trace when opening SBWP and find out exactly which tables it's reading from.

Hi Rick,
i checked tables SWWUSERWI SWWWIHEAD.
but all I got are the work items which are appearing in SWI5 also. i cant find any table which gives the work items which are appearing extra in SBWP .
I tried using swu_obuf also. Also, i went to his inbox, and Settings->workflow settings ->refresh org structure.
nothing is helpng me in this case
