Webi Decimal Formula (#,.00) Question

Hi,

I use #0,.00 formula to get the decimal value for two digit after comma. But when I export report to Excel, it looks like 2943,00.

I want to see it like 2.943,00. I mean that I should see the point sign as well as comma.

How can I get 2.943,00 format when I export it to Excel?

Regards,

    Hi,

you need to format as "#,###.00".The decimal point can´t be used to represent the decimal and thousand separator. And choose , on Web Intelligence Preferences at BI Launch PAD  the preference at

Select a priority for saving to MS Excel: Prioritize the formatting of the documents

      Hi Rogerio,

Yes it works for my will.

But there is two consideration here.

      1) If values is like 0,57 or 0,67 then it shows that .57 and .67 by #,###.00 format. So It needs to use #0,###.00 format.

      2) If values is like 968,00 or 900,00 then it shows that 0.968,00 and 0,900.00 by #0,###.00 format. But it is good to show like values 1,495.00. So I should use #,###.00 format for this scenerio.

So I must use two format for all of cases. One of them is #,###.00 , other one is #0,###.00 .

      Thank you very much.

      Best Regards,
