Dear group, I try to change of activity of notified to start processing or complete or decline responsability or hold the system dispaly the following error:

STATUS CANNOT BE CHANGE AS DATA IS INCONSISTENT FOR ACTIVITY.

For this error I can not continue.

As can I resolve this error?

Dear Pete,

I notified the activity and the activity takes status notified, the system shows the following buttons:

Start Proccesing - Complete - Decline Responsability -Report Block - Hold

If you click on either buttons the system shows the following error:

Status cannot be changed as data is inconsistent  for ativity.

Error Number: /MOC/OBJECT 287

Hi Mariano,

Your question is about the Management of Change functionality (Component CA-IAM-MOC) I'm not sure that the Enterprise Asset Management group is the best place to post this - but I can't readily identify where on SCN the community for IAM/MOC lives.
