SAP HANA live authorization assistant

Quick question.

When I go into the site to install HANA live assistant, I see the verion shows as 1.7.0.201408011137. Whereas our HANA revision package verison is 1.00.82.00.394270.  I would have imagined the authorization assistant would show 1.8.0.*.  Does this mean i have old authorization assistant package or software. I checked the structure and could not locate where its picking up from although URL states http://hostname:80XX/sap/hba/tools/auth

Can you please let me know your thoughts.

Hi Kalyana,

Did you download the latest package from Service Marketplace as HANA Content Tools were last updated in Sept, 2014

I guess the version is 1.7 only as I have Assistant installed in SPS7 and it has version 1.6.0

Thanks vivek. Do you know where do they go in the directory structure for it to be picked up automatically from HANA studio via the site.?

HI Kalyana,

Go to sap->hba->tools->auth->plugins

Plugins for HANA studio for Assistant are available in plugins folder.

Thanks again for taking time out, Vivek.

I did a search in the file system however i still cannot get to the folder structure, although i can see the site when i add it manually in the HANA studio.
