Why don't you create a Page with 2 iviews. The first iView can simply be the text that you wan't on the top of the inbox. You can control the size and borders finely to make them look really close.

Hope this helps.

If you use KM I would create a HTML File with the message and then just create a KM Document iView to the HTML page.

This way you show up the HTML page just above the UWL iView.

P.S. Reward points for helpful answers on SDN

SDN way to say thanks is to reward points!!

To create a document iView select from the content administration.

New->iView->KM Document iView (avaialble in the list)

Put the html file in the KM and give the location in <b>Path to document</b> attribute of the iview.

More information on the iview is at

You can have image also in the HTML file if you wish to .. after all its just an HTML file.

Hope this helps now.

Do have the path of image relative.?

Does the image show up when you do a preview of the HTML from within KM.?

Hi Ankur,

It is showing up the image in the HTML when i see the preview.Actually i have uploaded the jpg to KM in the below folder

<b>etc/public/mimes/images/inbox.jpg</b>and gave the same path in HTML too.

It is showing the image but not the actual picture.

Thanks in advance...

The relative path of the image in your case will be

<b>/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.km.cm.docs/etc/public/mimes/images/inbox.jpg</b>

give this as the source and try again.

Hope this helps.
