Excise condition value is not Display in PO

Hi Sap Gurus,

      We are following TAXINN.

1. While creating PO with excise tax in quality system its display for all condition value BED ,ECE and SEC but in production system not display for all excise value.
2. All the setting done by PRD Like FTXP,OB40 and FV11 every thing  base on condition we maintained and same setting for done for quality system which is working fine.
3. Here with attached screen short for PO excise details in quality system and Production System.

Kindly help me this is PRD issue in our client.

Here JMIP condition all values displaying but JMOP excise values not coming.

Check pricing procedure picked in both the systems.
