Hi Friends,
We are planning to store reports (SDS) in SAP Content Server instead of "SAP_SYSTEM" as the amount of report created
would be in high volumes. If we store in SAP Application server "DRAO" table is populated which will consume lot of space.
So configuration documents types for SAP EHS in DC10 for foloowing document types needs to be done.
We have check the box " Use KPRO" for these document types
Also we have created a Content repository "ZE" in OAC0 and assigned this to Storage category "ZEHS" in OACT.
Now my question is when we create report (SBR) or Ship report (SBE) how the documents are stored in ZEHS" storage category.
When we create document manually in CV01N we can select Storage category in pop up during checking of document.
But in Report generation and shippping documents are created in background. so how storage category is selected automatically.
In short apart from this configuration is there anything required so that documents are stored in KPRO.
Thanks.
WIth Warm Regards
Mangesh Pande
Hi Mangesh,
Have you assign "Assign EHS Document types to DMS Document types" in config ?
Select your document type and and replace SAP_System with your Storage category ZEHS.
This should solve your problem.

Dear Mangesh
only as a hint:
do you use now SAP DMS or do you start from "scratch" and would like to establis new SAP ERP system? If you now use SAP DMS: you need to "migrate" the "links" and after words may be you need to "clean" of SAP DMS (reduction of table content); there are some reports; the optic of "arhcxivciung" etc. has been discussed as well
