CJ672 - Master data WBS element C14\00xxx is blocked

Hello;

We are trying change WBS status from PARTIALLY CLOSED to RELEASED TOTAL, when we received this message:

CJ672 - Master data WBS element C14\00xxx is blocked.

CAUSE

WBS element C14\00xxx is locked. You cannot change any data.

WHAT_TO_DO

You can unlock WBS element C14\00xxx using the menu.

Somebody had this problem?

How get unlock WBS element through this Menu?

Which way to this menu?

When user tried Edit > Status > Unlock > Master data, System show us message:

User status partially closed is active

Do you have User Statuses defined on the WBS?  Looks like a User Status is preventing a business process.  You can see what the User Status controls in your configuration.

Partially Closed means that a lower level WBS is closed.  Navigate down to the lower level WBS that is closed and reopen it.

EDIT -> STATUS -> CLOSE -> UNDO
