Can we Hide/Remove filter options in dropdown ( C4C IPAD)

Dear Experts,

Can we hide or remove the features or filtering options for particular business role or employees.

For example please see the attached picture

I want to show the only "my visits" option in the drop-down remaining should be restricted.

How to restrict the User for creation of new visits or new contacts,accounts etc.

Hi Raghavender,

It is currently not possible to hide standard queries.  This enhancement is on our backlog for one of our upcoming releases.

In order to remove the ability to create new data, you can use access restrictions to remove "write" access to the corresponding workcenter views, by business role.

Hi Gabriele,

I have same requirement where I need to hide/restrict few filter option from Employee support Ticket queue for some business roles. Could you please advise how can I hide/delete below marked filter option for few business role?

Hi Nitin,

You can currently hide standard queries via adaptation, but it'd be for all business roles (this corrects my comment above, as in the meantime we have delivered the feature). 

The ability to hide/assign queries by business role is on our roadmap.

Hi Nitin,

Please use the HTML5 version of C4C and select Adapt "master layout".

Then go to your Tickets OWL, select the "show advanced filter" then select organize queries and you will see the option to remove.

Hi Grayson,

Thank you so much!! I have removed the option from my Admin ID but unfortunately it doesn't reflect in other user's(Resolver Agents). Do i need to follow some other steps to reflect the same in others user?

Hi Nitin,

If you use the HTML5 version in your broswer (my307514.crm.ondemand.com in your case) and adapt the master layout this will work as desired "if" using the Cloud for Customer Extended Edition mobile app.

Make sure you are select "Adapt-> Edit Master Layout", then select organize your queries. Personalizing changes will not reflect for other users.

If you are using the standard mobile app, I don't believe this is achievable via that app to hide queries.
