Transfer Characteristic to SubSustem status '6'

Hi Experts,

I need some help in analyzing a LiMS issue. My inspection lot got the system status "MSUB" but the MIC's are having the initial result record status as  "1", picked automatically. Please check the screenshots below -

Please can you suggest if there is any program available to process these MIC's to set the status as "6" so that only interface can post the results back and then only this status will be changed to "5". With this system status "1" manual result recording is possible which needs to be blocked.

If there is something I have missed out in terms of config/insp plan/MIC masterdata, please suggest and help..

Hi,

Check the I_IND_SET_BLOCK_INDICATORS indicator is set in the qm-idi transfer functions you are using. I believe that will set the status on the characteristics to prevent them from being open in SAP.

Thanks for your answer. Please can you elaborate where to check this.  Do we have some FM/BADI for checking?

Kindly note that we are having SAP-PI middleware to communicate. We are trying to create a prototype to check the communication flow as MES <=> SAP-PI <=> ECC and we are thinking on how to pass on the records available in QIWL to SAP-PI, based on QIWL-SENDSTAT field. May be through FM: QIRF_SEND_INSP_REQUIREMENTS, or?

I have checked the below thread but still need some more help to get an overall understanding.

You can find this indicator in FM QIRF_SEND_INSP_DATA_FOR_WL2

I'm not sure what you mean by

Are the lots not passed to MES / LIMS correctly now?

Thanks again for your answer. Yes, we are just developing technical details to pass on the details from QIWL to SAP-PI. I am working with technical team and will update you.
