SAP Fiori - Report Quality Issue

Dear experts:

I have an issue with Report Quality Issue app of SAP Fiori, I created a notification successfully on Launch pad, but the notification is unable to show in notification list on launch pad. please see attached file for more details.

Hi YongQi,

Please check if you are using any transaction variant or any selection profile to display your notification records. If so, please can you remove it form the selection variant and check in QM10/QM11, if you are able to see your notification 111 in the output. Also please check if tasks/actions are added under "ITEMS" tab, which you may be trying to check (Asking this question as I am not familiar as to how the application SAP Fiori works.. ).
