SAP TAO 3.0.4.2 Error while creating PFA

Hi Friends,

Please help me on this..

Errors in two steps:

while creating a PFA  for T-code,Error message as given below

"Unable to open SAP GUI on system 6.17 Development system and Transaction IW21.

Cannot create process flow analysis.

Hi Gopi,

You have not updated the solution for your issue.

Please find the solution as given below:

In the screenshot we clearly found the error that "Unable to Open SAP GUI on System 1.HCC-ECC6.17 Development System'...." it means SAP Front End you are unable to launch the SAP System through SAP TAO.

Solution:

Please change the system name in SAP Front End as 1.HCC-ECC6.17 Development System and ii should work now.

Please note: System name in both SAP Front End and Connect tab in SAP TAO should be same.

Hi Gopi,

This looks like a communication error or user account rights issue.  Can you confirm that your connection to the backend system is working correctly?  If it is, are there any entries in the system log?  You might also need to check the Work Process log as that may give some indication of the error.

I would contact your Basis people and see if there is an error message at the back end.
