How to assign consumable products to work center ?

Hi gurus,

Currently i am mapping a chemical industry project.

here i have to map consumable products to work centers.

EX- suppose for 10 ton of fished product they are using 10 bags and 10 pallets.

they want to make a track of consumable bags & pallets.

stategy MTS, Industry- PI,

I have made a planned order of 10 ton, for each ton 1 bag & 1 pallet have to consume automatically at work cener.

Si how to mapping this ?

please help me in this regard,

Hi  Shiva,

As per your question If it is automatic assignment of bom component to particular workcentre & consumption automatically at the time of confirmation, then...

go to routing & select operation then click on component allocation.

After that system ll show U all bom component, select required component assignment to this operation & then click on assign button.
