Salaried non-exempt employees

Hello!

For those of you that have salaried non exempt employees, how do you pay them, hourly or as a regular salaried employee (ESG CAP 1 or 3?). These employees are a little tricky as they are salaried but still have to get paid for overtime.

Any comment on this would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks in advance!

Dear,

1. Your requirement isn't clear so kindly can you explain more.

2. What I've understood is that there are some employee who are getting more salary and it shouldn't come under Income tax right? correct me if I'm wrong...!

In this case i hope so you will have to go with Off-cycle payroll where system won't generate income tax.

Thanks for answering.

Actually "salaried non-exempt" is a term for US employees regarding FSLA regulations. Basically they are salaried employees that are also entitled overtime (as if they were hourly employees).
