SAP Business One B1 Posting Cycle Counts error

Hello,

We are trying to post cycle counts in various databases (client test and our test DB) and at the point of "adding" the posting the cycle count document I am receiving the following error:

(-1) Inventory Stock posting (Reconcile) is not allowed.

At this point the GL determination has been set for the proper GL account and when we perform the journal entry preview it appears to be debiting and crediting the proper accounts in the proposal.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jim,

Check in your [SBO_SP_TransactionNotification] stored procedure, I found the error message there

i also found that an Add-on software being used for WMS put the message in the [SBO_SP_TransactionNotification] stored procedure for the reason that the add-on software should be used instead of the standard posting program in B-One.

i commented out (use the icon on menu bar of stored procedure in SQL) and the execute to save it.
