Disappearing Post

Hi,

I've been trying to post a question to Crystal Reports support today that seems to be just disappearing. No error or any feedback, other than I can see that it says I have no response.

When I check my Activity, it's not showing up. I posted a question yesterday that appeared immediately, as all my post always have.

Are there issues today?
