HI funds

Hi gurus

I have downloaded the XML files with the rates from ITSG and I can also upload them:

IMG --> Payroll --> Payroll: Germany --> Social Insurance --> Recurring Adjustments --> Annual Adjustments --> Change HI Contribution Rates with Contribution Rate File

But if I display them I can see that there are many more companies/branch offices than in our system, when I look in table T5D1K.

Is there no way to upload all the companies/branch offices in stead of having to manually create them?

Hi Aage,

no there is no way to upload all the Health Insurance Funds but as far as I know you don't have to create all. Only the one are used by employess of your company.

We for example don't have all funds in our system. And it works.

The update file will only update the funds which are in your system.

So my question to you is what is the error message?

Thank you for your reply.

I was also thinking about only creating the ones being used. It was just because uploading would be easier. I am not getting an error.

I will talk to an ABAP'er just to check how big/small a task it will be to create a program.

Hi again

I have now created an HI fund, which exist in the contribution rate files and used the company number from those files.

But when I upload the files, the rates are not created in table T5D1J.

Also, the new HI fund is not available when I F4 the field in PA30 for IT0013.

Please, do you have any idea what I could be missing?

Hi Aage,

The upload program loads the rates into table T5D1I. After that you have to run the report RPUSVCD0. This program copies the rates into T5D1J and performs some further checks.
