PPM: Object Relationships

Hi Guys,

We are working with PPM 6.0 in two different clients. Both with component CPRXRPM 600_740.

When we access an item assigned to an initiative, or a PPM project assigned to an item, we are facing a problem only in one of our clients.

In the first example, we access a PPM Project, when accessing Portfolio Data, some information is missing:

As you can see, in the first picture Object Name and Object number are missing!

Same happens when we work with items, as we try and see item relationships:

In the first picture we don't get to see related object information. In the second picture we can see the object number, and by clicking on it we see object information.

We have tried following SAP note 1391444 instructions:

1) In the Portfolio Management system go to SPRO -> SAP Portfolio and Project Management -> Portfolio Management -> Global Customizing -> Global Settings -> Override Default Global Settings

2) Maintain setting with Area = 0002(Master Switches) Name = 0005(Integration with Other Components (see SAP Note 1391444)) with setting value = X and Save.

But still facing the same problem!

Any help would be appreciated!!

Hi,

2244409 - Problems with Item to Project links in "Related Objects" tab.

I had to copy the contents of table INM_OF_FCAT from the delivery client. After doing so, problem was solved.

I'd check logical systems and web services for your object link types. I bet that's the issue.
