Return Order

Dear Experts,

Currently we are having an requirement like based on the return order(Header and Item) status we need to de-activate the contract (item and Header).

For the above requirement we have followed a procedure

1. We found out the inbound delivery associated with the return order and checking the equipment status ( SER01, OBJK & finally JEST ) when the user status is 'E0006' and status is Blank then we are considering it as 'De-install confirmed status'

2. Similarly when we try to check the status of the corresponding line items at the return order level, there is no status profile attached. As a result of that we are not able to check whether the line item of the return order is active or inactive & it is the same case with the header.

Kindly let us know is there any other way where in we can check the status of the line item and the header of a return order or any other way to check the status of the returned ordered.

is it really needed to check the return order item and header status to change the contract header and line item status

    Hi Balaji,

    There are few more clarifications needed from your end

    1. For what statuses of Return order, you need to Deactivate Contract ?

    2. As you said, there is no status profile . Is there any issue or problem in assigning a status profile
