DMS - Unable to open a 3D file on Visual enterprise viewer

Hi,

We are unable to open 3D files (*.CAD) from 'Originals' tab in CV03N.Visual Enterprise viewer(VEV) is installed.

Word and other 2D formats open fine.3D files open sucessfully from VEV installed on the desktop.

Below is the error screenshot:

Files are stored in content server.Below configurations are done:

1) 'Define Workstation Application' - Appl ACD is defined for file formats - *.dwg,*.sldprt,*.slddrw

2) Define Workstation Application in Network -

PC ACD 1 Autocad EAIWeb.webviewer3D.1%SAP-CONTROL% PC ACD 2 Autocad EAIWeb.webviewer3D.1%SAP-CONTROL% PC ACD 3 Autocad EAIWeb.webviewer3D.1%SAP-CONTROL%

3) Mime type is defined for ACAD as - 'application/acad'

4) Data carrier is defined for 'server,front end' as - C:\TEMP

Please suggest if we have missed any config to open 3D files in VEV from content server.
