ZIC_AGENT webui role which is copied from standard webUI role not opening home page

Hi Experts,

We are facing production issue which is pertaining to ZIC_AGENT web ui role.

We have copied from standard to ZIC_AGENT web ui role, all call centers are working on this role. However suddenly not working due to power issue in one of our call center where CTI server is placed.

We do not want stop activities the rest of the call centers due to this issue and we are expecting to work like standard role.

How to delink between main call center with other call centers, kindly advise us.

    Hello Penn,

    We are interested if you have found someway to delink between main call center with other call centers.

    Actually we are not very clear about this requirement. From our understanding, there are several call centers, and the CTI server locates in the same place as one of the call center(you call it main call center, right?). Then where are the CRM app. servers located?

    Now this call center gets power issue. If so, then even the CTI server won't be up, right? How about your CRM app. servers?

    What does it mean by 'delink between main call center with other call centers'? Do you mean the other call centers won't use call functions? They can work even without the CTI?

      Hi Corrine,

      Good day, we have managed by removing CMS profile configuration from call center modules. Please find below details:

      1. CMS profile is used where CTI is configured.

      2. CMS profile is removed where they are working on third party telephone settings.
