Transaction History is not filling for Opportunity with reference of sales agreement

Dear Experts,

While I am creating Opportunity with reference of “sales agreement”, transaction history of opportunity is not filling.

Success case:

If I select “campaign” from the drop down filed “References” and I select the value from “F4’ from next field to References. Then immediately transaction history will get fill.

Failure Case:

If I select “Sales Agreement” from the drop down filed “References” and I select the value from “F4’ from next field to References. Now my transaction history did not fill.

In debug, I found that one entity relation is not coming for sales agreement that is “BTDocFlowInteractHist”

Pleas suggest me here...

Regards,

Kiran

    Hi Kiran,

After creating the opportunity check se38->crm_order_read run this report for the opportunity and check whether DOCFLOW table is filled or not.

It might be because authorization also, check whether you are able to search the sales agrrement in the help popup.

    Regards,

    Deepika.

      Hi Deepika,

There is no any authorization failures and also I do not think this is user authorization issue, because it works fine in other transactions like for Sales Order creation..

      Kiran

      Hi Shwetha,

Thanks for the reply and for your information.

We have this standard behavior in Activities, while creating Activity ,if you take  sales agreement as a reference ,then we can see the same in Transaction History AB.

and you mentioned one path, there we can maintain object relationship profiles only and this profile should add in transaction type definition with the filed "Obj. Ref Prof." In this Obj ref profile we should maintain the list of transaction types which you want to display  in the "Reference" field drop down box.

      Regards,

      Kiran
