Hi,

If i'm not mistaken: since BI4.1 SP05, you can save a .LUMS file to BIPlatform for storage purposes only. (i.e. there is no view or edit mechanism)

However, if you want to Share/View stories via BIPlatform, this requires the Lumira BI-AddOn (which leverages Lumira Server on HANA)  and that is currently in Ramp Up. (i.e. not generally available). If you fall into this category, then the support process should be handled via technical support incident.

Regards,
H

Publishing on platform for storage purpose will only be available without the BI Addon on version 1.22 of Lumira (latest available version is 1.21).

See this comment from Sharon Orn :

In 1.22 you can publish the lums file itself to BI 4 for the purpose of maintaining in the CMS repository and securely sharing the whole document. This workflow can be done directly to BI 4 without the need of Lumra Server/HANA, Lumra add-on, but in order to view the content of the lums file, you need Lumira Desktop.  When you click on the Lumra document from BI launch pad, t will try to load in Lumra Desktop.  Hope this makes sense. Please let me know if this is not clear.

Have you installed the BI add-on for Lumira to the BI Platform?

Please also share the versions of Lumira, BI4, etc.

Following this thread you might be able publish on BI platform if you are in BI4.1 SP5 and the right version of Lumira - per Henry see details in this blog
