I need to change GUI character set options by runtime,

Is there any gui functions available?

try using GUI_SET_REGVALUE

or else goto SE37 & give GUI* and press F4..From her u can check which FM supports ur requirement.

I want to change the character set settings to another vision language.

I work in gui 640. only since this version this option is available.
