I am converting spool into PDF using standard program  rstxpdft4. Unfortunately it is generating PDF into very small fonts. How to generate PDF from spool with proper large fonts?

Hi

I suppose the font of the spool is small too, so you should change it, if it's an abap list spool you can change it by page format, if it's a sapscript/smartform you should change the font in the sapscript/smartform

It is an ALV Grid display

Hi

You should check the page format used to print ALV: the format is based on number of columns (so number of characters for row) and number of rows:

the font size depends on the number of columns; it'll be smaller as much as the number will be bigger

Hi,

ABAP list  (or ALV list) pages can have large number of lines/columns on one page, because it is a non-graphical format. The page data will have to be scaled down to fit on a standard A4/LETTER size page during PDF conversion and this typically causes the small font.

How many lines and what maximum line count does your single page have approximately?

Hi Alex,

It is not ALV list but it is ALV Grid report containing only 18 columns.
