Absence Colour is not displaying in Team Calendar

Dear All,

Employee requested for a Leave from Feb 4th 2015 to Feb 5th 2014through ESS and sent the request to his manager for approval. When it

is sent the dates 4th and 5th become pink in colour which means the request is sent.

When the request is approved and leave color should be displayed as blue,But after approving the leave, blue colour is not reflecting in Team Calendar

View in ESS The issue is only in PRD not in QAS & DEV

Check any Transport requests are not moved to PRD once again

Hi Jwala,

I checked all the confg in QAS & PRD both are same but the issue is coming only in prd. Any other possibility please suggest.

my client is using the team calendar for a long time.

I have a doubt - When it is working fine previously, but suddenly why they are facing this issue.

can u check that status in PTARQ in display documents what is the status for that dates ? whether it is posted or not once check ....is it for all employees ? can u check  with another user how it is processing
