Automatic mail sending through Dynamic action

Hi Experts, 

I have had lot of struggle on this, please help

I am trying to send email to the administrator PA,PY,PT upon the creation of IT0021 Child 2 subtyp.

i am able to generate the email sending to my SAP-Inbox, but i am not able to open it.

i m quite sure about the configuration is doing well as i am getting message,

i have attached the screen shot Below, please find it

Hi Anuj,

go to SO10 and open the Mail body text and click on tab GOTO and click on change editor and check any unwanted symbols are coming. if so then delete those symbols and save and try.

I Read your document above and SO10 is fine i have checked.

can you just brief me? what should be the return value of feature "RCIEV"

as, i have given the distribution list name?

- should i give the distribution list name in "DISTR" and RCIEV ---> "X" ?

Hi Anuj,

you have to give your distribution list name in the feature.

DISTR MAIL5 (here give your dist. list code) and in the NAME1 give the value RCIEV and in the feature RCIEV return value is X. no need of NAME2 & NAME3 and dont put X in RECV2 & RECV3

try like what i have config in the document, after wards we can change acc to requirement.

Hi all ,

its working now after-

1. Changing text ID to PAMA

2. I have missed on Goto -> 'Change editor' option.

3. I corrected RECV1 return value to 'X' instead of Dist. list name.
