Automatic mail sending through Dynamic action

Hi Experts,

I have had lot of struggle on this, please help

I am trying to send email to the administrator PA,PY,PT upon the creation of IT0021 Child 2 subtyp.

i am able to generate the email sending to my SAP-Inbox, but i am not able to open it.

i m quite sure about the configuration is doing well as i am getting message,
