Payslip Formatting issue.


    We are using the standard salary slip provided by SAP. Now the issue is that when wage type in the earning / deduction column is extend beyond specific number it is shift to new page and displaying in header Row of earning and deduction as shown in attachment & highlighted in yellow color.


Now our requirement is one of the below.

    1) Column of the earning / deduction may extend upto  display all wage type in a single page with all relevant details and after end of page limitation it may shift to new page and should be display properly at its place i.e. in earning & deduction column.

    2) If column of earning / deduction is unable to extend, then wage type which is shifted to new page should be display in appropriate place in the column instead of it is merging in the header row of earning and deduction.

Kindly suggest on the above issue.

    Check the form attributes for your specific form.

    Here normally max lines is 65 and column is 132 for the std form IN01. for your copied form change it to max 95 and column as 130 and change the Total amount line to 93/94 th line in both W1 & W2 in the tab Single fields.

      first you have to change the number of line to max 95 and column 130

      you have to add lines in every tab like
