ITSM integration with Service now

Hi All,

I am having 1 doubt in integrating ITSM with Service now.

Its happening correctly now, but we want the same integration facility on Save button of ITSM, without going to option of External Help Desk.

how can i check which piece of code is triggering the intergration so that same can be implemented while saving the Incident.

    Hi Experts,

    There is an option Automatic synchronize in external help desk .When creating an external service desk entry we can tick the radio button keep in sync

    Has anyone used this option ,how does it work .Is there any time setting which need to be set so that solman send the data to external helpdesk there by transferrign to SNOW

    Also how does it identify the updated fields or incidents and transfer those alone
