Suresh,
Still you are hiding your MD04 Snap shot.
Did you refer the WIKI which I earlier suggested because when I check your initial posting you said your planned order is not firmed Please read below point carefully from the WIKI
Whenever the MRP finds a requirement, it checks if this requirement can be covered for an existing fixed receipt (within the rescheduling horizon), before creating a new replenishment element (planned order). This procedure is called “rescheduling check”.
If a fixed replenishment element is found, an exception message is created, suggesting the user to reschedule this fixed element in order to cover the shortage.
As your planned is not fixed receipt so system behavior is correct only.

Hi Suresh,
Please check rescheduling Horizon in OPPQ system will only consider the elements(planned orders,Purchase req) which fall under The Rescheduling Period.
if the Planned order date is Out of The rescheduling period it will not touch the Element.
so please check the rescheduling horizon in you system and confirm whether the Planned order Comes in the rescheduling period.
it will reschedules the elements only which comes under the rescheduling horizon.
Regards,
mahesh
