Delivery Address Search Help.

Dear Experts,

We are on SRM 7 EHP 2 ...

When users are creating shopping cart and wanted to search for different delivery address,  they search by going in "Delivery Address/Performance location''.

But Search help does not returning any result even if i already maintained address for company code.

As said i already created address in company also defaulted address is reflecting in delivery address but issue is that search help not returning any result.

I went through some posts and found some note but non of note is valid for our version. Also we are not able to see House number in search help selection screen.

Please advice on this.

Have you checked note 1779362 already?

Please also take a look at the KBA 1689758 for how to create shopping cart delivery addresses.

And Yes i followed the same way which mentioned in Kba.

I haven't checked note 1779362 although i gone  through 1088474 but thought its not for my version i will cross check once again.

Hi. This sounds familiar, I think we had the same issue and a note fixed it. Have you raised a message with SAP? They are pretty good at finding notes on things.

Have you maintained addresses in the Org structure attribute for that particular user?
