BWCCMS - Process Chain Status (Color Code) not updating in BI Monitor

Hi Gang,

Something strange is happening in the BI Monitor (BWCCMS or RSA1 -> Administration -> Monitors -> BW CCMS) in our BW 7.4 system on MS SQL.

After a certain point in time, the color coding of the process chain status (red, yellow, green) stopped updating.

The process chain event and time are recorded in white, and the message "Entire chain now has a status of ('X' or 'G')" is missing.

The drill through to the process chain's log works fine.

Any thoughts?

After system shut down, HANA migration, and start up, the problem seems to have solved itself.

Please have a look at SAP Note 647328 - No nodes in the CCMS for process chains. It might give you a hint.
