SAPUI5 Employee Profile - "Details" broken link

Hi experts,

we're experiencing an issue in SAPUI5 application for employee profile.

When we click on "Details" inside Personal Info card, nothing happens.

I've tried to also check transaction /IWFND/ERROR_LOG, but there's no specific information.

Could you please advise us?

we have already done that. I've double-checked it and the problem persists.

We're trying it through ESS.

I've checked the related link but we have a different sympton.

There's no popup nor navigation when we click on the link. We're maintaining the entries in LPD_CUST as standard.

Do you have any other suggestion?

can you share your screenprint earlier we had seen similar issue, after following recommendation in note 1935713 it worked. please maintain the application parameter 'sap-ie=EDGE' in launch pad customizing as mentioned in the note 1935713

We also followed the related note, but the problem persists.

can you show me lpd_cust? ESS MYINFO are you able launch this from PFCG directly? did you clear the cache after setting the new property? Application Alias      EMP_PROFILE Target App. Parameters sap-ie=Edge there were some notes etc 2005197 2014082 2014083
