How to activate Live Activity Pane: Inbound and outbound phone calls

Hello,

Does anybody knows how to activate the pane  "Live Activity"(the evidence in the document attached) ?

We have to receive inbound and outbound phone calls during the customer services.

    Hi Abilon,

    You have to enable phone recording and CTI via scoping (refer to chapter 4.4.2.3.2 of the admin guide) as well as assign users the associated views (refer to chapter 4.8.7.1).

    You also need to configure CTI--you'll find the CTI guide on the Service Marketplace.

    Hello,

    I need to configure the customizable fields of client adapter to search in specific fields of customer data.

    Would anyone tell me how to proceed?

    Documentation is limited about this subject.

      Hi Felipe,

      Please launch this in Silverlight and add custom fields. These are visible in the Live activity pane.
