Schedule B Upload Error

I received the new schedule B file from Customs Info. I loaded the XML file via /SAPSLLLLNS_UPL102. I ran in simulation mode first and sorted on the status, all were green so I can for real to save to the database. Once I saved to the database I checked the upload log adn saw there were errors.

Can I update my unit of measure config and re-load the file? Will loading the file a second time cause more issues?
