How to assign a characterstic to a dimension of a Info Cube in BW 7.0

Hello,

I have created a Info Cube and also created 3 dimensions. I am not able to see the list of characterstics and any tab like "Assign Dimension" (as it comes in BW 3.x UI). There is a tree like structure where only the dimensions are displayed. Where do I see the characterstics list and how do I assign those characterstics to dimensions.
