You will need to count the amount of rows in the file based of the type of licenses you are using.

If you are using Device, then you will need to count the lines in DeviceInfo.ini, else for user it is UserInfo.ini

Hi Stephen.

Thanks for your reply.

Count the amount of rows means the amount of rows in [Devices] section in DeviceInfo.ini and [Users] section in UserInfo.ini?

Is there any way to check how many licenses are there in the system and how many are been used.

For the files, it will be an or not and.  The Agentry Server has keys to both, but only one with have a max value.  This value should be stated on your license letter that had the keys.

The amount of rows is the keys being used by the server.

Hi Stephen,

Lets say we have purchased SYCLO/Agentry licenses (5000) from SAP. Where we can check this figure (how many) licenses are there in purchased one.

To calculate the remaining licenses, which amount of rows(it is from userinfo.ini or deviceinfo.ini) should I deduct from the above mentioned figure.

Where we can find the license letter that has the keys.

Shyam,

Correct.

If you need a new copy of the letter, you will need to contact support.
