Problem activating status

I have a consolidation model for which I have activated/enabled controls and the work status. I have run the controls for a test period and then tried to changed the work status, which failed.

These are the status I have set:

From the consolidation monitor I tried to change the status

The options I got

After selecting either option I get this error

Has anyone any idea what I did wrong??

Hi Arnold,

Have you added or removed new work status recently?

Kindly check entries in "UJW_STATCODE" table.

Hi Arnold,

This is BPC Work Status - Status Code Table.

Some time it may happen that work status is not present in BW table.

(FYI- You can add / remove work status from here in case of failure in transport activity - Not recommended )

Work state '0'is missing in your Worsk Status table. Please follow below steps to get back '0'  into table. This is non transportable process and applicable each affected System.

1. View Table SE16: UJW_STATCODE( Confirm ' 0' is missing)

2. SE38  - Excute Program :  UJW_UP_INSERT_0_STATE

3. You will get message " Default 0 has been "Created/Addedd"

4. view table: UJW_STATCODE and Confirm '0' Default entry

5. you can test now - Lock/Unlock/submit functions

the status with oder number 0 was missing, which was solved by the procedure described in one of your links and also by V Singanamala in this thread.
