Grey Shades are Blacked Out in smartforms - Reg

Hi,

I am trying to print smartform using device type HP Laserjet 4 Series PCL-5. At header level of table in smartforms, we have grey shades those are getting converted into BLACK SHADES. Please let me know the reason why grey shades are converted into Black? Does client printing the form on BLACK and WHITE PRINTER, could be the reason? Because, we used the same device type with different printer, it was giving us a proper output without black shades.
