b. Create template users have all the recommended roles
c. In scope we select SID and clinet
d. In configure infrastructure we have activated the extractors ,there is a check if all the relevant notes are available in managed system for UPL or not .We found one note is not present and implemented it
e. Jobs are scheduled to run in managed system for data collection
But jobs are getting cancelled and there is no proper error message

Hello Murali,
Please send screen shot of job and Job log of manage system job.

Hi All,
Issue is resolved and we are getting the UPL data in solman. We did multiple things(note implimnetation etc) but most important thing was step user with which job was running in managed system. It should have Read and TMW roles assinged to it (generally it should be user SMTMSM3)
Z_SOLMAN_READ
Z_SOLMAN_READ_620
Z_SOLMAN_READ_70
Z_SOLMAN_TMW
ZSAP_SOLMAN_READ
ZSAP_SOLMAN_TMW
Thanks for all your suggestions
Regards,
Murali
