Hello everyone,
I am trying to trigger alerts from PI 7.4 AEX system. I have already done the following steps mentioned in this article by Michael:
1) Created an alert rule in Integration Directory (Provided ALERT-TO-MAIL)
2) Java mail client: Provided values for mail.from, mail.host, mail.smtp.host
3) Scheduled a job with Consumer as ALERT-TO-MAIL, MailFrom, MailTo etc.,
Whenever there is any error either in the mapping or in the channel, I am getting the following error in the job log:
{No such provider exception}
I checked with my Basis guy on the mail host and he has confirmed to me that it is correct.
Am I missing something here? Do I need to deploy any JAR file to get this to work?
Please help.
Thanks & Regards,
Prasanna
I tried the same steps in my production system directly, and it is working.
It is still not working in my dev system, but I am closing this ticket.
