Hi Experts,

I  adding my satellite system (Quality System) into Solution manager 7.1 , I have successfully add (push) trough SLD.

Now configuring my satellite system & i have successfully done 7 steps without any error. now i am on step 8 "configure automatically"

When i click on execute all button its giving me below error.

Error while calling Diagnostics setup web service

Error Detail:

SOAP:1.007 SRT: Unsupported xstream found: ("HTTP Code 401 : Unauthorized")

Please tell me what the issue & how i can resolve the same.

Hi Sanjiv,

Try re-starting your solution Manager once before that don't forgot turn-on the maintenance mode on.

Hi Sriram,

you were right may be some issue in JAVA Stack of Solution manager .

i simply restart the instance trough SAP MMC & re-execute the activity this time its work.

Hi Sriram,

I have check this KBA  but i am configuring my satellite system (Quality System)  as managed system i have also check SM_INTERN_WS user in solution manager & its ok i mean to say not locked .

for your kind information i have successfully configured my solution manger as managed system & there is no error , but now i am adding my ECC ABAP System as managed system.

Please tell me what the issue & how i can resolve ..
