Team View and Detailed Team View not working

Hi Experts,

We are implementing FPM based processes and forms for which we are using ASR_PROCESS_EXECUTE_OVP application.

this works fine for ESS since there is no need of employee selection.

But for Managers we need a team view from where he can initiate the request for the chosen employee, this is the reason why we decided to use application detailed team view HRMSS_TEAM_DETAILS.

There is one more application for initiating FPM based processes for employee i.e.ASR_PROCESS_START_OVP but this one is for administrators and it doesnt provide direct employee structure for manager.

when we are executing the HRMSS_TEAM_DEATILS application it is not displaying team and goes in loop forever.screen shot attached.

same case with HRMSS_HOMEPAGE application.

Can someone help to get these applications working?

or can suggest some alternate application which can provide direct reports for the manager and can be used for initiating FPM based processes?

SICF service: SAP -> PUBLIC -> BUSINESSSUITE -> TM -> ICONS activate it

is ur content server is active in sicf once check if possible

make sure u can view the photo photos in sap ...in pa30

go to 0AAD upload employee :- and chk below : -

and chk below note also and perform same as per that note:-

If you use the report RPTMC_INDEX_EE_PIC_URL_TO_INDX as a job to update the URLs in the buffer, you must update the index of the table T77TMCPIC_URLS after you execute the report for the first time; this enables optimized data access. You can use the Database Utility tool to do this (call transaction SE11 and choose "Utilities -> Database Utility"). Choose 'Activate and adjust database' with the 'Save data' option.

the above is the information which is there in the note 1677344 ...i think u can achieve it by following  that note or else wait for some other experts reply they might be help u more than me ....after doing all click on refresh button as there in ur screen shot so that it refresh the photos

chk the note recently released 1953873 and apply once .....

Hi Jwala, Thanks for reply.

We are not displaying employee pictures, in this case default pictures/icons should appear.

Also at this point issue is not with pictures or default image. Currently the hierarchy view itself is not appearing on the application (screenshot attached). When we open the application the circle keeps on rotating and doesn't display any view.

I think something is wrong with respect to nakisa (assuming, not sure).

Is there any specific setting or prerequisites for using this application for first time to view the hierarchical view?

Still i will check the setting which u have mentioned in your reply.

can i know which browser and version ur using upgrade ur browser or else try with IE 11 or 10 version browsers , generally if u activate HCM_PD_UI_1 this in SFW5  the structure and team view shud get visible or else go to SM30 - V_THV_APP_C and check against Activate Hierarchy visualization with HIERARCHY name :MSSBIZVIEW  in that and try again

Issue is resolved now.

Activated the service- BusinessSuit and it worked.

/default_host/sap/public/BusinessSuite
