Hello Experts,
I got a situation in which employee can not see WSR for current month.
Can you please let me know how to check period maintained for WSRs?
Is there any table for viewing period maintained while creating work schedules in t-code PT01?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Yogiraj
Hi,
If you need to know how far into the future you have generated particular work schedules then you are best using transaction SE16(N) and table T552A.
You can filter by all the usual suspects!

Will

Dear YogiRaj,
Thanks for spending time to post your query in SCN Forum
Please find below steps:
Step 1:
Go to PA30->Emp->IT0007->Click Work schedule
Step 2:
Click "Next month " button as below .
Repeat the step 2 till you get a message as below: (In my case WSR is generated till 12 /2015, So it says WSR doesnot exist for 2016).
Hope it clarifies, In case of any queries let us know
Regards,
Niladri

Go to IT0007 and click on CTRL+F7 then click on SHIFT+F7 rpeat till you get the last month work schedule where finally you will get a message saying that work schedule deleted or does not exist for XX-XX-XXXX i.e it is not generated or not exist.
Go to table V_T508A and check the work schedule rule till what date it is valid.
