Customer Delivery with Stock in Transit

Hello:

I have a question about PoD difference.

If Vl02N & PGI qty is 10pc, but VLPOD qty is 9pc, so there will general  1pc stock which is in Iss.SIT. How to deal with this 1pc stock?

Hi,

POD will be Updated only when the confirmation is recieved from the customer .

if the stock is still in Transit you need to wait for the confirmation from the customer

BuT if this 1pc is lost during transportation ,customer only receive 9pc and confirm 9pc by VLPOD, so this 1pc will remain in Issuing.SIT, how to deal with this business?

Hi,

if the 1 pc is Damaged you can update Reason for deviation in VLPOD and do sales returns process for 1pc
