NC_CHART activity gives error on first start

We have set up FailureHistoryExtract on SAP ME (6.0.4.22).

When starting activity NC_CHART in pod we have two issues:

1. After computer restart system displays in popup always same error (attachment1.gif)

2. chart data seems like stays in cache and shows same data on some occasions.

Hi!

Such error is definitely a bug. Though, it could be against GUI solely or it could be data-related.

Thus, I would check first if Failure History data is actually collected: check if WIP.FAILHIST_AGG_FACT table has any records. Then please submit a support ticket.

And of cause it is good to re-test the issue in the latest patch of SAP ME.
