Modify forecast calculation

Dear experts,

Is it possible to modify SAP standard forecast calculation? For example, I want to use Weighted Average Model for my forecast, but I want to slightly modify the way it calculates the forecast value. Is there any exit or function module that I can utilize to achieve this?

Julian,

As already mentioned by Krishnendu there is no provision to change the forecast formulae for calculation in standard design of the system.

I do not think you can even modify the calculation with any enhancement but explore the options where you can modify the forecast results before you SAVE or Before your display.
