I am trying to create plugins in Web IDE. I am facing the below issue.

Try creating the destination with the name pluginrepo.
I tried that. But still, I am facing the issue.

I am facing that issue when I am in Page-20, Step-4 of the above pdf document.
Before you choose Tools - External Plugins, open the javascript console and select the network tab. You should see the call to the destination once you select External Plugins. Provide the details...
It looks like you copied and pasted the contents from step 3 on page 12. Try typing this, commit and push your changes and then activate them.
